6 Coffee Shops in Porto, Portugal You Need to Check Out

We’re not going to lie, coffee shops are one of the first things we look up anytime we’re headed to a new city. Porto did not disappoint! One of our favorite things in Europe is to wander the charming cobblestone streets and coffee shop hop. After all, we’re basically fueled by wifi and caffeine. After spending a few weeks exploring the city and working remotely, here are our favorite coffee shops in Porto you need to check out!

1. Fabrica Coffee Roasters

From the farm to your cup, Fabrica prides itself in doing direct business partnerships with farmers. They buy their 100% Arabica lots straight from farmers in countries like Brazil, Colombia, Ethiopia, Kenya, and Guatemala. Pretty cool, right?!

They are incredibly dedicated to being a part of the local community, and now have more than three locations in Lisbon and Porto.

If you fall in love with their coffee (the chances are VERY likely), you can join their international subscription service for all of their home-roasted beans! So, no matter where you are once you leave this beautiful city, a fresh cup of Fabrica can always be in hand!

Fabrica has a VERY large gorgeous space with tall ceilings, plenty of seating, wifi to crank out some work if you need to, tons of natural light, and an adorable outdoor back patio.

Its Porto location is just down the street from the Selina coworking space — so convenient to fuel up

Their creamy, chocolatey blend is hands-down our favorite cup of coffee in Portugal!

2. Moustache Coffee House

A little coffee shop nook, Moustache is also conveniently located near the Selina coworking space. Clearly, we enjoy our refuel breaks!

If you’re looking for sweet service, large coffees, yummy pastries, and the comfiest work spot, this is the perfect Porto coffee shop for you!

When you stop by Moustache, be sure to grab yourself a delicious “pasteis de nata,” a must-try local pastry! Honestly, you can’t go wrong with their pancakes or juice bar selection either.

With two stories and a beautiful terrace, there are plenty of cozy corners to set up shop and increase productivity!

After you’re fueled up with coffee and grub, you’ll want to visit the stunning “Igreja do Carmo” Catholic Church, covered in blue and white tiles. It’s only a few steps away!
